Hi!
My name’s Andrew and I’m a children’s animation screenwriter who has written on a dozen shows. I specialize in preschool and educational content like my work on “Lyla in the Loop” at PBS, “Octonauts: Above & Beyond” at Silvergate Media, and “Interrupting Chicken” at Apple. I also love writing exciting action like my work on “Young Justice” at DC. I have a masters degree in feature film screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University and am currently polishing up my own teen comedy spec feature to shop around town. Having been an elementary school substitute teacher, foster parent, ‘big brother,’ and camp counselor, I understand my audience and strive to write the most entertaining, educational, and respectful stories possible for kids.
I love cats, raccoons, opossums, and otters (and all other animals)! In another life, I always wanted to be a zoologist or vet. I also love playing and recording music - especially on the ukulele. Oh - and I also love mint chocolate chip ice cream!
